3. Students are the ones who inspire new courses
From 60 courses available when the platform was launched in 2017, today that number has reached over 300, expanding the possibilities of choice. But the search for new content was not done by teachers. With data, the opposite was done, letting students show us where they wanted to go.

4. How a student’s personality affects learning
At Saint Paul, we identify personality traits to use Artificial Intelligence to provide personalized learning. In this way, it was found that extroverted students had 2.2 points less in test and assignment results than introverted students.
"We started testing proposals so that extroverts could achieve better results, offering, for example, participatory activities where it is possible to explore extroversion. After a year, today there is no longer a difference in learning between extroverted and introverted people."
5. Learn by mastery, not by time
If everyone studies at their own pace, it makes no sense to measure learning by speed, but rather by mastery of knowledge. "There is no average time to learn. If mastery is proven, there is no difference between those who learned first or last," explains the professor.
