I would call the main challenge the general instability, because we are in a general economic trend: and we as a business are primarily negatively affected by the increased cost of money. There are also more specific problems. For example, difficulties with payments to China: recently, the result of each payment has been unpredictable and unstable. And if a payment does not go through today, then in a few months this may lead to a shortage of a number of components, which means interruptions in the production rhythm, failure to meet deadlines for the release of finished products, penalties, fines. solutions and cope with such challenges quickly.

IT Channel News: Has your attitude towards partnership in the IT channel changed since the last partner conference?

E.S.: The question is as multifaceted as the concept of "partnership" itself. If we talk about our partners - system integrators, their number has increased significantly recently. Previously, many companies focused exclusively on Western brands, and over the past couple of years they have been meticulously choosing vendors officially operating in Russia: who to bet on, who to focus on cooperation with. We, in turn, also had concerns that the IT market would collapse, and a significant share of partners would disappear, go bankrupt, change their type of activity. But this did not happen. Thank God, everyone survived: for each company, circumstances developed differently, but overall, everything is fine.
