What tools do you use and is it worth the price?

There is another way in which the news is monitored: “Every morning we have a ‘ship’s council’, a meeting with Spokesperson, Policy and someone from webcare. We discuss what is happening in the media, in politics and on social media. That really involves newspaper clippings and we find it very useful, then we know what we can respond to.”

Lara: “Now that we have been re-formed, we are using Coosto , which costs us €18,000 per year. For Twitter statistics, we use Crowdbooster , which is a few tens of euros per year, and we also use the free version of Hootsuite singapore mobile phone number list in which we schedule tweets and shorten links. But we will stop doing this soon, because it can also be done in Coosto. It may be more efficient to set it up differently, but broadcasting from Coosto is not going very well yet.

Only this year have all the major tooling providers started to offer the possibility to publish content in addition to monitoring or vice versa, so there is not yet one perfect tool on the market. I would prefer to see a collaboration between a number of tools that we like. So to get back to your question: to be honest, we are not getting it all out of it yet.”
