This is because WordPress looks for a folder called “Plugins” to load the plugin files. If it doesn’t find the folder, it automatically deactivates the active plugins in the database.
This method is usually used when you are locked out of your admin area . If the problem is related to your plugins, you should be able to log into the WordPress admin area.
If you visit the Plugins » Installed Plugins page in the WordPress admin area, you will see notifications for any plugins that have been deactivated.
WordPress plugins deactivated
You will also notice that all your plugins are now gone . Don't worry, they are all safe, and you can easily restore them.
Just go back to your FTP client and go to the folder /wp-content/. From here you need to rename the folder ” plugins.deactivated” back to "plugins".
Now you can go back to the Plugins » Installed Plugins laos telegram data page in the WordPress admin area and activate one plugin at a time until your site is working again.
Now you know exactly which plugin caused the problem. You can then delete the folder of this plugin from your website via FTP or ask the plugin author for assistance .
Method 2: Disable all plugins with phpMyAdmin
The FTP method is definitely easier in our opinion. However, you can also disable all WordPress plugins using phpMyAdmin .
Important: Before doing anything, please make a full database backup . This will come in handy if something goes wrong.
Next, you need to log in to your web hosting dashboard. In this example, we're showing you a cPanel dashboard. Your hosting account dashboard may look different.
Once you do this, all your plugins will be deactivated.
