According to a recent study by GfK DAM on the use of social media in Spain, TikTok is no longer a network exclusively for young people. Older people have already been seduced by its content and no less than 40% of those over 65 already use it regularly. A very important reality for those who design online marketing campaigns.

The study highlights that more than 28 million people access social networks every day in Spain. On average, we spend 42 minutes a day on them, but... what is consumption like depending on age? The most striking fact reveals that 4 out of 10 senior users , that is, those over 65 years old, use TikTok monthly . There are no major differences depending on the day of the week: Thursday is the day with the highest use, while on Saturdays we take a break from digital life and the average number of users drops by one million.
