How to set up a classic mailbox with your own email address
Log in to your  DomainFactory customer menu  .
Click on the menu item “Email addresses” (if you have multiple accounts, you must first select the corresponding account using “Manage order”).
Click on “Create new email address”.
Enter the desired name for the email address in the field to the left of your domain name, for example info, sales or post. If you have multiple domains, select the desired domain name by clicking the arrow in the dropdown menu to the right of the domain name.
Various options will be displayed. Check the box next to "... be placed in a POP3/IMAP mailbox".
In “Mailbox size” enter the desired mailbox size.
Enter a “New Password” and repeat it.
Click the “Apply all changes” button below.
After your mailbox has been created with the new email address, information about the server addresses will be displayed, which you can hide by clicking the "Close" button. Done.

How do I create a personalized email address with my own domain?
If you don't already have your own domain, you should first decide on one. Simply visit the DomainFactory website and use the "desired domain" input field at the top of the homepage.

Remember that the domain is an important part of the email address, just like the local part before the @. The domain is also a generic basis that allows you to later create as many email addresses as you want with different names.

Once you have decided on a free and suitable domain, it is time to choose the local part – the name before the @:

Option 1 : Choose your last name if you want to write a formal email: [email protected]
Option 2 : Choose the first letter of your first name and your full last name for business purposes: [email protected]
Option 3 : Proceed as in option 2, but separate the first letter from the last name with a dot. This improves the readability and structure of the email address: [email protected]
Option 4 : Use a combination of your last name and your first name: [email protected]
