There are many Spanish cities that are not included in the geographic segmentation; we cannot define a radius or see what we choose on a map… The Autonomous Communities are all included. We cannot be very precise in terms of age, but we have to make do with ranges. The system is simple, which is appreciated, but it has some flaws that should be resolved. Try searching for Cáceres, Pamplona or Hospitalet de Llobregat. Can you find them? I can't either.

Next, we set the budget, which can be daily or total for the campaign. In the latter case, the minimum budget is 70 euros.

And now we are ready to publish our ads.

The first thing we can choose to create the ads for our TikTok Ads campaigns is: upload a video ourselves or promote an existing post on our account. The second option is simpler, but it doesn't allow us to make changes. If we decide that we want to upload a video, we have two options again:

Upload a video: Maximum 500 Mb, duration between 2 and 60 seconds
Create a video from images: Maximum 100 Mb and 30 images.

It's clear that TikTok wants you to tell the story in the ad and use as little text as possible. We can't enter UTM parameters for tracking, and the options are very limited compared to what we're used to on other platforms. Don't think it's because we're using the basic version; as I'll tell you right below, the advanced version has more options, but don't expect to get carried away with excitement.
