Unity
The third part of the three C model is cohesion. Here is the first definition from the Merriam-Webster Dictionary:
The act or state of being closely united .
Is it a paradox to be so tightly knit together if we never (or rarely) work together? Maybe that's the literal meaning, but let's look at it.
The second definition links the word to biology and life sciences:
A union between similar parts or organs of a plant .
We liked the biological connections and connotations of this word, which is why we chose it. Work and work relationships are not simply mechanical, nor are they defined solely by organizational bolivia mobile database charts, time and space.
