If you determine there is a lack of engagement, ask yourself this question: Is this an isolated incident, or is it an outbreak?
If it's just a personal problem, do your best to get to the root of the lack of engagement. Almost no one can devote 100% to the team. We all have days when things aren’t going our way, when our motivation and behavior dip. A kind word, a reminder of their value and importance in the work, and a reminder of the ideal team culture can all help.
If there are specific challenges, as a benin mobile database team leader, do what you can to help. They may need training, or they may need a discussion with other teammates, which you can help facilitate. If there is something going on in their personal life that is interfering with their work, do your best to accommodate their needs.
If disengagement from the team is more prevalent, then it may be time to raise this issue with the team. Likewise, leaders need to talk less and listen more. Also consider using asynchronous and anonymous ways to understand the team’s sentiment, rather than calling everyone into a meeting to “discuss the problem.”
Is this an isolated case, or is this the case for most people?
