Conversion rates by device (i.e. has the desktop/mobile conversion rate increased/decreased since launching the new site?)
It can also be very handy to review the following, especially from a technical troubleshooting perspective:


Submitted vs. indexed pages in XML sitemaps (Search Console)
Pages that received at least one visit (analysis)
Site speed (PageSpeed Insights, armenia number data , Google Analytics)
Only after reviewing all of the above areas can you safely conclude whether your migration has been successful or not.
