Good content inspires your target group

Post by Bappy11 »

What all speakers agree on is that good (social) content is primarily NOT about yourself or your company. You create good content for your customers, for your target group, not for yourself. Good content is content that inspires your target group and taps into their interests and experiences. Good content tells a story .

Good content fits your brand voice
And of course good content fits your brand and brand voice. Polle de Maagt: “Think of the Sanoma Twitter case . An employee tweets to a difficult customer: 'What do you want, help or to be a teacher?' That tweet did not go down well with the masses.” A brand can get away with less than a person. A brand cannot just say anything, it has to fit in with what people expect from brazil telegram data the brand. Polle: “Therefore, work on a brand voice, a brand core that has enough body to serve as a basis for a TV campaign, for a social concept, but also for a single tweet.”

Good content is visual
According to Frankwatching author Kirsten Jassies (Sanoma) , good content is also visual. “Images are attractive, faster to scan and process by our brains. Images touch you, grab you and evoke emotion. And images therefore also ensure more engagement in the form of clicks and likes!” Kirsten is all for visual storytelling , according to her every message (on social media) should be accompanied by a striking image.
