To answer this question, it is important to understand what makes us tired and what our body needs for full recovery.

For centuries, the human body has been adapted to physical work. Fatigue was primarily physical. However, in the modern world, mental work predominates, leading to mental exhaustion. We can “do nothing” physically, but still feel completely exhausted.
Thus, fatigue can be divided into:
Physical: Moderate physical activity, paradoxically, is good for the body. It promotes healthy sleep and overall well-being.
Mental: Intense brain activity, creative process, planning - all this can lead to insomnia and emotional burnout. Remember the famous writers, artists, strategists who suffered from insomnia.
My experience of fighting fatigue
Some time ago I realized that I needed constant and systematic physical exercise and, like many others, I signed up for a gym, then a yoga class.
As a result, there was a waste of time on the road, searching for a good trainer, a mandatory nutrition system, and being tied to a schedule. Weekends instead of rest turned into even greater fatigue. And if you don’t go systematically, then why get involved in it at all? After all, by adding something to your life, the number of hours in a day does not increase, but there are more worries.
