When it comes to implementation, it should be noted that there are several types of agile methodologies, all of which share a common basis: the ' Agile Manifesto '. This document was developed by a group of CEOs in the United States in 20021 and includes the principles for a work system to be considered an agile methodology . Most used agile methodologies

FDD : Feature-Driven Development. This combines the best practices of the different types of agile methodologies . It pays special attention to customer behavior and the cycles are modified according to the changes that are identified as necessary.
