This was discussed by the participants of the plenary session on the first day of the CIPR conference in Nizhny Novgorod, which is taking place from May 21 to 24. Representatives of several industrial competence centers (ICC) spoke about joint projects and the desire to continue cooperation to achieve common goals.
of the Chemistry ICC, spoke a afghanistan whatsapp number database bout cooperation with other competence centers: "We want to make the most of the combined resources of already available solutions. That's why we went to colleagues from other ICCs who faced similar issues in neighboring industries. We formed a number of interactions, created several projects on a digital industrial platform, and are trying to implement them very quickly, within a period of at least one and a half months. Together with Severstal PJSC, we are developing a solution in the field of reliability and are already using it. We are conducting a project on geological information systems with Norilsk Nickel. We also offer our other solutions to colleagues from different ICCs. In addition, we need to create centralized libraries so that there would be, for example, software classified by business processes or archetypes with clear demo versions."
The CEO of the Rosatom Group of Companies and Chairman of the General Machine Building ICC Alexey Likhachev stated that an important problem is the connectivity of solutions that are created by order of different ICCs: "We believe that their essential quality should be platform-based, which ensures compatibility of all solutions. I hope that we will offer not only our partners, but also ICCs from other industry areas, piloting of the full life cycle integration platform, starting in 2025. The same work is underway on the engineering mathematical calculations platform. We planned to complete it by 2030, but we can speed it up."
CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC Gazprom Neft, Chairman of the ICC Oil and Gas, Petrochemistry and Subsoil Use Alexander Dyukov proposed creating an inter-industry committee: "Working communication with other ICCs showed that we have projects that we are working on together. In particular, this is the MES system (manufacturing process management system). This requires consolidation of efforts. And one of the possible solutions is the creation of an inter-industry committee that could work on this project."
Summing up the plenary session of the CIPR 2024 conference, Mikhail Mishustin emphasized that it is necessary to invest in marketable replicable solutions, and called on corporations to share insourcing software developments with competitors. "Even if this sometimes comes at the expense of commercial interests," said Mikhail Mishustin.
