How does the decision to develop an ecosystem affect the operator’s IT systems?

If we talk about B2B, then Russian operators are following the global trend and are moving towards transformation into "techno", or, in other words, towards development of the system integration direction. They have technical infrastructure, expertise, and it is quite logical that, diving deeper and deeper into enterprise business, they are turning into a universal IT company. Both in Russia and in the world, we see how operators are developing data processing centers, hosting services and cloud platforms. For example, we recently signed an agreement with MegaFon that the operator will provide our Nexign Nord database as part of its cloud solution. This is a deep information and communication service (ICT) with a capital "I", where, probably, the communication part is already starting to get a little lost.

Another direction is the denmark telegram active construction of private networks. Yes, sometimes it is advantageous to have a private LTE network or, in the near future, a private 5G network, on the scale of one enterprise: to ensure an internal process and a closed network in order to bypass some restrictions on the protection of license information. But it is obvious that the operator has much more experience and can support such a solution completely "turnkey". This is also a shift towards the integrator business: here operators can both sell their expertise and cooperate with other vendors to build more comprehensive solutions.

I would highlight several areas, dividing them into the backend - the business component, and the frontend - the client component. In terms of the first area, the ecosystem business requires solutions that provide more flexible systems of partner settlements and the development of product catalogs that include both their own and partner lines of services. Of course, we cannot do without a single billing, a single account management system. The importance of analytics is also increasing, since without a deep understanding of the client and their behavior patterns, it is difficult to build an effective ecosystem. Here, IT solutions based on machine learning will be required, which will ensure fast data processing in real time, help understand t
