What is the role of a Program Manager?

Ensure that courses are delivered properly and that students follow the curriculum with peace of mind.

This is the go-between between the student and the school. This is the privileged contact for students and teachers associated with the program . He follows and supports the student throughout his schooling. (absences – grades – participation in school life – success in exams, etc.)

He is in charge of zalo database the smooth running of classes, from planning to exams. Every morning he makes sure that the teachers have arrived and that the students are there. He is the guardian of the temple.


2) What is being put in place on the teaching side to support students (blackboard, online support, etc.)

All students have received training on our reference platform for online courses on Blackboard and are monitored individually in case of connection problems or others. Tutorials and videos are made available to them.

The program managers are present at each course session to ensure that there are no problems and that all students are properly connected to follow the course without any problems.


3) Are you facing different problems in this 2nd period of confinement?

The problems are less because the students have already had this experience. They have a better command of the platform, know the tools and the way of working.

Indeed, students have become accustomed to using our new virtual campus with a new look&feel that allows them to navigate it more smoothly and intuitively. Simplified ergonomics that help limit problems. Some students even guide teachers spontaneously.

4) What advice can you give to students?

Be well prepared to take an online course. A good internet connection, a computer and not a smartphone, a headset with a microphone if possible.

Finally, create a space conducive to working in peace. Favor the use of Google Chrome or Firefox and check your computer and browser settings. It is important to follow online courses to best succeed in your course.
