Clara Barrios and Andrea Alés , from Edelman Spain , will represent Spain at Young Lions PR, within the Cannes Lions 2024 Festival. Their proposal, developed for the Aladina Foundation, focused on increasing the foundation's notoriety and connecting with young audiences through innovative methods .
The Aladina Foundation, known for its commitment to children's well-being, received a proposal that, according to Ana Dávila, its communications director, turned out to be a "true gift." The Young Lions PR competition, part of the prestigious Cannes Lions Festival in France, is a formidable stage for young professionals. This year, the competition attracted 39 teams who, after receiving the brief, had 48 hours to create a proposal that responded to the challenge posed. The event stood out for the creative agility and responsiveness of the participants.
Of all the teams, only five made it to the final, presenting their projects in English in front of a panel of experts. The defense of the proposals was key, where the creativity of the idea prevailed over the execution and measurement. Clara and Andrea's victory is a recognition of their passion and dedication. As they prepare to represent Spain in June, the couple is enthusiastic and eager to take on this new challenge.
