Soft skills: In addition to the obvious ones ( communication skills , responsibility), think about more specific ones that may be useful in a given position (e.g. negotiation skills , analytical skills).
Tools and technologies: List any programs, programming languages , or platforms you know.
Certificates: If you have any certificates, be sure to add them.
