Instagram account – is the one you log in to with a name and password, and where you can add your content. It is always written with the at sign “@” followed by a name. For example @doparady
Instagram BIO – is the basic description that other users see on your Instagram account. The maximum number of characters here is limited to 150, so it is important to think carefully in advance.
Instagram gallery – also known as “ grid ”, is a country email list preview in your Instagram account of all the posts you have added so far.
The feed – or home page or wall – is the basic and introductory page on Instagram, where you'll see posts from the users you follow and ads. You'll also see Instagram Stories at the very top of the feed.

You might be wondering why an entire article is dedicated to a format that only lasts 24 hours? The answer is: it doesn't actually last 24 hours, because you can save your Insta story to "selections" or "highlights".

How to create Instagram stories
A quality photo or video is the key. An Instagram Story itself only lasts a few seconds, so you need to make sure you capture the attention of your users. Here are some ideas for what content to add to your Instagram Stories:

present your work in a short video or photo,
Introduce users to the team that works with you,
inform about the services you offer,
let us know about the materials and brands you work with,
inform about opening hours or any changes in the salon,
inform about promotions and offers or gift vouchers ,
add updates from trainings and seminars,
add information about the products or brand you work with,
take a photo of the positive review you received in a private message or on Facebook,
Show what's going on in your salon, e.g. take photos of fresh flowers, details in the salon.
