In this video I show you how to add social media icons to your Gmail signature. These icons are often located under your name and title. The images are clickable so people can easily go to your Twitter, Facebook or other social media accounts. And it looks very professional.

Below you will find part 2 on Gmail signatures. Don't forget to watch part 1 first on how to add links and images to your Gmail signature.

Step 1. Select social media icons
The easiest way to add the right images to your signature is to go to this page and select the icons you would like to use:

Find the correct icon.
Right-click.
Select 'save image as'.
Save the image to a folder.
Then save all the social media icons in the same folder. Of course, you can also create your own social list to data media icons or find others that you like and put the images online yourself, but this list is a good start.

Step 2. Add social media images to your Gmail signature
First, start a new message in Gmail.

Select the signature you would like to add your social media icons to.
Place your cursor where you want to insert the social media icons.
Click on 'add photo'.
Now enter the social media icons one by one, starting with the image you want to place on the far left.
Continue until you have all of the social media icons in the correct order in your Gmail signature.

Step 3. Add links to social media icons
It already looks very nice. We still need to add links, otherwise the images will not be clickable.

Select a picture.
Click on 'insert link'.
Enter the appropriate link, including 'https://'.
Make all the images clickable by selecting them, clicking on the link and inserting the corresponding URL. When you are done with that and you are happy with the layout, click on 'canned answers' at the bottom right and 'save as.' You are done! You have added social media icons!
