Ignoring Feedback From Your Subscribers

Post by nusaiba125 »

Feedback is a goldmine for improvement. But many brands never ask subscribers for their thoughts—or they ignore the feedback they do receive.

Missed Opportunity:
You don’t know why people unsubscribe.

You miss cues on what content is most valuable.

What to Do:
Occasionally survey your list with simple, non-intrusive polls. Ask questions chief vp operations mailing leads like “What content would you like more of?” or “Why did you join our list?” You’ll discover what truly matters to your audience.

20. Not Re-Engaging Dormant Subscribers
Every list has inactive users, but instead of writing them off, you can often win them back. If you ignore them, they remain dead weight on your list and hurt your overall performance.

Mistake:
Never checking who’s stopped engaging.

Continuing to send the same content to all.

Smart Strategy:
Launch a re-engagement campaign targeting inactive users. Offer a special deal, ask if they still want to hear from you, or give them the option to adjust their preferences. This can revive interest and reduce unsubscribes.
