"Value" for users and "growth" for businesses

- Please tell us how you came to join Sevendex.
Ishibashi: In my previous job, I joined a venture company that offers a fashion rental service as a new graduate and worked there as a designer for about three years. Since it was a startup, I designed everything related to the company. For example, I designed the packaging materials for sending rental clothes to users, created both paper and web versions of instructions for first-time users of the service, and designed the screens for the EC site and app. I wasn't a specialized designer in any particular field, and I designed everything.
I first learned about Sevendex when I received a scouting call on a business-related SNS that I regularly use. When I heard more about the company's initiatives, I felt a connection with them and became interested.
Generally, ease of use from the user's perspective and the demands of the business side clash, and moreover, the business side often tends to take the lead. However, Sevendex pursued a balance between valuing user-oriented manufacturing while also committing to business growth. This stance overlapped strongly with the ideas of Human Centered Design (HCD) that I learned at university and the ideal image of a designer that had been formed through my experience at my previous job, so I wanted to work for this company.
I was also attracted to Sevendex because it was still in the startup phase. Personally, I wanted to experience not only designing but also building a design team. I thought that this company offered both an environment where I could aim to become my ideal designer and experience team building.
