Create good habits that help you achieve your goal

The easiest way to achieve our goals is to create productive habits.

I set up two different blogs, getting into the habit of writing for 30-45 minutes over my morning coffee before I started working for my architecture firm.
It was a pleasant routine, as I woke up every morning full of new ideas for articles.

Preston D Lee, founder of Millo (which I've written about), started the blog as a side guatemala mobile database project on his morning train ride to work. It's now a successful business and his main job.

By dedicating 30-60 minutes a day you can make significant progress in whatever you choose!
This does not mean that you do not need to work more than 1-2 hours a day.
However, it is much more efficient to work systematically and with a plan on your goal, than to fall on your face for a few days and then give up (which is what most people do).
Besides, many times what we lack is the discipline to start.

Even today, I will end the day or start the next one by taking some time to plan my schedule and jot down my ideas.

The myth of the artist or creator who works as soon as inspiration strikes and creates masterpieces has led many to laziness.
Without a plan and organization, we can achieve very little.
Inspiration occurs when we are working or focused on work – not when we are lazing around in front of the television.
