And, well, I guess in order to do all your tasks with such a small team you use certain tools and certain pieces of technology to help you achieve your goals.
In the case of tools, we change them a little depending on how they work for us because we are playing in relation to the budget.

But, for example, I use Hubspot for projects, we use MailChimp for newsletters and the Adobe suite, which we have at the Institute itself, and we use it entirely for audio, video and everything we can do.

These are the main tools we use, but we also use Google Trends to see how things are going, bahrain mobile database and Google News monitoring, which is the listening tool I mentioned earlier.

As for goals, we have several. There are issues that need to be reported, as in any company: monthly, quarterly, half-yearly reports, etc.

On the one hand, we have the digital impact, which brings together all the impressions and interactions we have on social networks. In our case, it is a little different because in the editorial department we use Academia.edu a lot, which is like a Facebook for editors and writers, so there we have a lot of interaction from more than 100 countries and that is where we are betting a little more.

But speaking a little bit, for example, about impressions, our goal is to reach one million impressions each month on all social networks and databases where the magazine is indexed.
