– A somewhat cluttered interface that requires time to adapt

The best analysis and prediction tools on the market for real-time tracking. – Powerful
database management and analysis system with Oracle technology . – The only player on the market to offer a complete integration of marketing automation services with Eloqua. – One of the lowest final costs in the cloud CRM sector.

The least:
– The CRM functions in social media need to be refined.
– An interesting market place , but still behind Salesforce.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Microsoft and CRM were not really a winning couple before the canada mobile database arrival of the new version Dynamics CRM in 2007. Very integrated into the office suite, easy to use and an ergonomic system for a solution that already sold very well (40,000 customers). In short, Microsoft is getting busy with great success.

The pros:
– A complete CRM and a marketing automation tool integrated into Outlook and the Office suite . Easy to use for all employees.
– Excellent ergonomics of the platform; access to information is simple and intuitive in an environment inspired by the Office suite.
– The very flexible integration between desktop and cloud allows excellent offline management .

The least:
– Marketing automation is far from reaching the capabilities of Eloqua (Oracle) or Exact Target (Salesforce).
– A recent player that lacks experience in the cloud. Other products such as Microsoft ERP are not all compatible with cloud management.
– The market place is very poor.

Sugar CRM
Launched in 2004, Sugar is the open source client of the selection. Not so small since it has proven itself with some 7000 client companies, it is also very well designed and above all flexible thanks to this open source mention.

The pros:
– The most flexible solution with a large number of configuration tools and an open source platform.
– A strong community with its open source character and 250,000 members including 25,000 developers who provide many extensions.
– The lowest cost of acquisition and use.

The least:
– The limits of open source: the community is too closed in on itself and is a brake on the development of Sugar.
– An offer that appeals to large companies, not to SMEs hesitant about the open source aspect and the development it implies.
