We talk about... and it's quite funny, we often talk about fasting for the physical, we say that fasting, the fact of not eating for a given period, we say that it's good for the body because of course you're not going to have any energy intake for a certain time, but you're going to give your body the opportunity to rest or in any case your digestive system to rest.

There are a lot of studies on the subject. I've read a lot of resources on it, I've read several books, I've been interested in the subject. I've never really had the willpower to push myself to do it, I'm talking about fasting, not eating for a certain period of time. But it seems that it's scientifically proven that fasting, if done correctly, well it's positive for the body.

Fasting for the mind is not good. Don't tell yourself: "I'm fasting for the mind, I'm not consuming any resources, I'm not reading for a certain amount of time, etc." Because of course your mind needs to rest, it's very important, but it needs to be constantly stimulated. Apart from positive things, it needs... and that's why I recommend starting the day and ending the day with inspiring reading, because our mind, our brain, constantly needs to have these inspirations and positive information coming to it. That's why I really find that the two times of the day that are conducive to reading are really the beginning of the day and the evening.

Again, no need to do three times an hour. The idea is not to stress yourself out at all. We all have busy lives. It is not constructive, in my opinion, to stress yourself out and try to read for three hours a day. On the other hand, taking a little time, ten minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, whatever you can depending on your priorities, your goals and your schedule, will really bring you a lot in fact.
