We asked our survey participants about the challenges they face in managing their customers. Respondents spain telegram data were asked to select the three biggest difficulties.
Almost one in four companies see the biggest challenge as being that contact information is sometimes out of date and incorrect. The second biggest challenge, with almost 23%, is difficulty tracking leads, followed by high time expenditure in sending marketing materials (18%) and difficulties in tracking interactions with customers (17%) and payment flows (17%).
CRM software is designed to support companies in the areas of sales, marketing, customer service and digital commerce. The problems mentioned by companies fall into these areas and it is assumed that they could be solved with CRM software.
We can even assume that the widely used manual customer management methods are often among the causes of the difficulties mentioned.
