Improve GMB like there's no tomorrow.

"Make sure your GMB listing matches the information that appears on your site, with information specific to your business — so your business name, address, and phone number, as well as different content around what the searcher is looking for. Don't forget photos, reviews, business category, and any special features."
If it's a local pack you're looking for, adding your business address and phone number will increase your chances of getting snapped up. This is because Google gives proximity ranking power in local packs, often over website links, citations, and reviews.
Turn the dial on the content.
Next, Christina suggests optimizing local content to improve your business’s recognition, reviews, and potential reach. Again, think about location, hours, and your business name, but also consider creating new content that gives your searchers an inside look at your storefront’s community.
