Big data needs to be used in a way that respects privacy, especially when data is shared across multiple organizations. Gordon Huff, a technology evangelist at Red Hat , where he works on product strategy, outlined some promising approaches and tools on the Enterprisers Project .

Much of the data used daily by governments, companies, and greece whatsapp data contains information that is, to varying degrees, sensitive. The number of cases of a particular disease per year is not a secret and is important for understanding the situation. It may reflect the results of a program or the need to change it. However, the names of those affected are usually protected by law.

Big data is increasingly used in various contexts. The volume of data intended for machine learning algorithms is increasing exponentially. Therefore, protecting personal data is becoming an increasingly complex task.

One solution is to do without data. This may be true for certain types of data. But it is certainly not the solution for all cases, given that aggregated data can improve outcomes in everything from healthcare to energy management to traffic management. We need to be able to use data without sacrificing privacy. This is especially true when data is shared, such as between researchers trying to replicate or extend earlier work.
