The search engine sees its purpose in the most accurate and fast response to a user's request. The presence of several pages with identical content in the index complicates this process, so the extra ones are ruthlessly deleted. If you used sources from the network when creating content, you are at risk: the robot can stop indexing a site with borrowed articles.
Checking the uniqueness of texts before posting them on the resource is a mandatory step that will help avoid unpleasant consequences. Use any of the services available to everyone:
text.ru
content-watch.ru
eTXT.ru
advego.ru
Uniqueness rates between 75 and 90% minimize the risk of a page falling under a search engine filter. There are other tricks of content creators that can cause you to fall out of the index:
artificial generation of texts using synonymizers;
posting materials with a large number of errors;
a piece of text that is invisible to users.
Main reasons for a page falling out of the Yandex index
Rewriting articles already posted on other event planner email list resources is not prohibited if, in the process of working on your own version, not only the requirements for high uniqueness are met, but also the structure of the original text is seriously changed.
Main reasons for a page falling out of the Yandex index
The Yandex search engine may exclude a site from its database due to various factors. To determine the reasons in each specific case, go to Webmaster, where on the Indexing → Pages in search page, select Excluded pages.
Solution
Recognizing a page as having little value or little demand
The search robot decided that such a page would not be of interest to users because it had no content or was a duplicate of a page previously included in the index.
The algorithm's decision is not final: it may change its mind during the next automatic scan.
Error loading or processing the page by the robot - if the server response contained HTTP status 3XX, 4XX or 5XX
To detect such an error, the Server Response Check tool is used.
Once you've made sure the page is accessible to the robot, check:
is there information about pages in the Sitemap file;
Do the Disallow, noindex and noindex HTML element block only service and duplicate pages from indexing in the robots.txt file?
Indexing of the page is prohibited in the robots.txt file or using a meta tag with the noindex directive
Denying directives must be removed. If the ban in the robots.txt file was not implemented by you, you will have to contact your hosting provider or domain name registrar to clarify the circumstances.
Also, make sure that the domain name registration has not expired, which would result in it being blocked.
The robot is redirected to other pages
Check whether the excluded page should redirect users using the Server Response Test tool.
The page duplicates the content of another page.
If a page is mistakenly assigned duplicate status, follow the instructions in the Duplicate Pages section.
The page is not canonical
Make sure that the page should actually redirect the robot to the URL specified in the rel="canonical" attribute.
The site is recognized as a non-primary mirror
If the sites are grouped by mistake, follow the recommendations in the section Posting site mirrors.
Violations have been detected on the site
To fix them, go to the Diagnostics → Security and Violations page in Webmaster.
Like other search engines, Yandex makes changes to its algorithms from time to time. As a result, the results for the same request may be fundamentally different than before the update. Naturally, it will take time to fully implement the changes.
A sharp drop in the site's search results is not a reason to panic. It is quite possible that Yandex is improving the search algorithm, which is why the resource rating is being re-evaluated. Information about this can be found on specialized forums for webmasters, such as Searchengines and MFC.
