The E-Marketing Manager has long included a rights and roles system. However, since no two companies are the same, we use appropriate extensions to ensure that the EMM reflects as wide a range of different work structures as possible. For example, the use of mailing lists in newsletters has long been restricted to certain EMM users. This restricted use has now been extended to other areas. This extension is most evident at the recipient level. For example, only those mailing lists for which the respective user has the appropriate authorization are displayed in the search results.
Furthermore, in order to avoid duplicates in the different mailing jordan phone number data lists, there is now a warning in the EMM if a contact is already in another mailing list and should be added again. Likewise, only the status of the recipient (active, unsubscribed, bounced) is visible to the user on the respective shared mailing list. This visibility also applies to the campaign manager. Here the user can only select the mailing lists for which he has authorization.
This restriction also applies to export, where only the corresponding recipient profiles from shared mailing lists can be exported.
As already described, when creating new newsletters, only the mailing lists approved for the respective user can be used. However, the user can view newsletters that are or have been sent based on other mailing lists. They can also use these as a template. However, they are not allowed to access the recipients addressed in the newsletter. This also ensures that the necessary data protection is met and your newsletters are GDPR-compliant in this respect.
