Use live chat to never make your online customers feel alone
Live Chat
I found this suggestion in an interesting article by Economia Italia . It is not often that we think about the “after”. The moment in which the potential customer has finally landed on your website.
This problem probably does not arise for a plumber. In fact, for this type of activity, it is sufficient to display the telephone number for emergencies in a prominent position.
However, there are other cases in which direct contact with the customer can be very useful:
a clothing store : your customer may not be satisfied with the photos or features of your clothes and ask for more information, such as the fit
a lawyer or a doctor : your visitor may urgently need to ask you for an appointment for a consultation
a photographer : an engaged couple would like to know your availability and perhaps discuss your wedding services in more detail
a beauty center : a customer could contact you more easily and ask for the cost of the treatments they are interested in
If you have a WordPress website then I suggest you consult Andrea Di Rocco's guide on the best chats .
6. Tripwire Marketing: How to Get Your Advertising Costs Back Fast
tripwire marketing
If you have already used Facebook Ads in the past to promote your business, you will be aware of the fact that to have visibility worthy of the name on social networks it is essential to pay (even if a little).
Reading Simone Talamo's blog I understood that the philippine number example concept of free advertising can be extended: if what you spend to promote your business, in a short time, comes back in the form of small earnings (we are not yet talking about real sales of your more expensive services or products) then you have reached, in this way, the so-called Break Even Point .
The concept behind tripwire marketing is this: don't just create a marketing strategy to get leads (contacts of potential customers). Go back to these contacts immediately and propose the purchase of one of your basic services, startup, first analysis, tasting, etc.
It allows you to recover your advertising costs (and, when all is said and done, these would be free)
you have the opportunity to let your new potential customer test the way your business works
To better understand how it works I refer you to the article (and video) by Simone Talamo. Inside you can also read a concrete example made for an accountant.
Why try this strategy?
