What is "ICS Holding"

Post by tanjimajuha20 »

Cherepennikov has been involved in business since 2003. He founded the eSports company Virtus.pro, which in 2015, along with other assets, became part of the eSports holding ESforce. That same year, billionaire Alisher Usmanov invested $100 million in Virtus Pro.

Among the first assets of ICS Holding afghanistan whatsapp resource was a manufacturer of operational investigative measures systems (SORM; installed on telecom operator networks so that special services could track suspicious conversations and correspondence). Currently, the holding includes about 30 technology companies, including KNS Group, Bureau 1440, and the developer of information security solutions Garda Technologies. In 2020–2021, ICS Holding was owned by USM Telecom, 80% of which, in turn, belonged to Alisher Usmanov's USM Group. In early 2022, USM sold ICS Holding back to Anton Cherepennikov. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

According to its own data, ICS Holding's consolidated revenue in 2022 amounted to RUB 93.4 billion, EBITDA — RUB 34.1 billion, net profit — RUB 20.4 billion. 60% of the revenue came from the sale of data storage systems. According to Rusprofile, ICS Holding's owners are HC X (98%) and ICS Management (2%), both of which were owned by Anton Cherepennikov until November 2022 (after that, the information is hidden).

Before Cherepennikov's death, it became known that ICS Holding was planning to place bonds in 2024 and did not rule out the possibility of an IPO. Analysts at Technology of Trust (the former Russian division of PwC) estimated the investment value of ICS Holding at approximately 300 billion rubles.

What is known about the reorganization of "ICS Holding"
According to an RBC source in the IT market, the options for reorganizing the holding after the death of its founder included transferring management to a consortium that would include top managers of the group and its member companies, as well as external investors. Moreover, the latter would be from among Russian state-owned companies, the RBC source claims, without specifying the details. Another source close to the holding also heard about the discussion of a similar scheme — "management and investors." Earlier, several RBC sources close to state-owned companies said that Sberbank, Rostelecom, and Rosatom had shown interest in ICS Holding, and primarily in KNS Group, as one of the group's most promising assets (RBC sent inquiries to these structures).

Another RBC source insists that discussions were held, but in the end the idea of creating such a consortium was abandoned, “since they did not reach a consensus on its composition.”

A representative of ICS Holding reported that the model formed with a management board, which included partners of the group's companies, "absolutely corresponds" to the tasks facing it. "Any other forms of management of ICS Holding are not being considered or discussed," he said.
