(five if you count my wife). We have a rental service — it’s a very small company, with one hired manager. But for me, scaling is connected specifically with the web studio. That is, it was one thing when I was doing everything myself, and all I needed was an accountant and an agent. But when the business grew a lot, I realized: either my head would explode, or I would start hiring someone.
As soon as I hired my first employees, it suddenly turned out that people were kuwait consumer email list not ready to work at least half of my efforts. That was a cultural shock for me. Then I came to terms with it, and developed certain mechanisms. But what’s most interesting is that I observe the same thing in other companies — my colleagues, acquaintances. When they cross that line of “senior manager in my own company,” the same thing starts for them.
When did you start scaling, what models did you try and what model did you end up with? DS: Initially, a model of strict management was imposed on me. It so happened that in the first business that I created - and it was a printing house - I was in a partnership relationship, and there a strict management scheme was imposed on my partner. But at some point I realized that this model does not always work.
We currently have four people at the travel agency
