All special equipment was connected to the Urbanomics platform and data transmission from terminals was set up, cleaning regulations were digitized, 410 road facilities with a length of 268 km and 111 sidewalk sections. Now the platform contains a digital twin of tasks and regulations, which allows for effective management of the entire process: identifying violations, monitoring the actual implementation of planned work and sending equipment for cleaning on time.

Thanks to the introduction of new technologies, the customer controls the work online and monitors the track, mileage, parking, fuel level, refueling and draining, speed, engine hours, chassis and attachment work, the number and area of ​​cleaned objects for each machine. As a result, costs were reduced by 15% due to fuel savings, reduced downtime and optimization of regulations; the volume of work performed increased by 25% and the quality of cleaning improved; costs for monitoring the execution of work were reduced by 30% due to automatic comparison of the fact and the plan; emergency situations were reduced by 17%; report generation was accelerated by 60%.

Deputy Director General for Interaction with the Public Sector of Urbanomika LLC, Alexander Zheleznyak, explained that the project is developing further, and only the first basic step has been taken. "In the future, we plan to add the functionality of a public map on the city's public portal so that residents can promptly receive information about the number of municipal vehicles in operation in real time. Additionally, there is the possibility of setting up a garbage removal control module for convenient centralized planning and monitoring of garbage trucks with photo recording," the manager added.
