Three benefits of having a chat session with HR and PR

Post by ishanijerin1 »

Hello, this is Ichikawa from HR.

At iRidge, we have been working remotely for over two months.
Although the state of emergency has been lifted, we are still in the midst of considering how we will work in the future.

Due to the current situation, some people the benefit of using our database are now working fully remotely, and problems that they didn't notice when they were in person at the office
may have arisen.
That was the case for us too.

Problems that have arisen since working remotely

At the beginning of April, HR felt exactly the same way after hearing from Shimosaka, a PR person in the same Corporate Planning Department who had been working remotely since late February, who
said, "We are no longer able to notice what is happening within the company or have people share it with us. " This was a huge problem
for us in HR and PR jobs, where internal information and small daily observations are connected to our work.

I realized that the natural exchange of information that we had been able to have up until now was through casual chat.
What comes out of casual conversation is very important for our work.

So I thought it would be good to set aside a time called "chat time" and proposed it within the department. It
is literally a time just for chatting. We decided to make it a time just for chatting, with no talk of work as a rule
