The joint actions of the parties will be aimed at creating conditions for training in skills for working with the vendor's software solutions. This initiative is due to the need to transfer the region's educational IT infrastructure to the Astra Linux OS, as well as to train strong IT personnel to accelerate import substitution and ensure full digital sovereignty of both Russia as a whole and the Altai Republic in particular.

Employees of the educational system of the Altai Republic will be trained in the vendor's software courses and, together with it, implement projects and educational initiatives for studying, implementing and supporting digital systems built on the basis of the Astra Group product ecosystem.

To solve the tasks set, the vendor will prepare a team of system administrators formed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Altai Republic from 20 specialists with digital competencies. As a result, all 200+ municipal educational institutions (MEI) of the region will be able to contact the "Republican Center for Education Quality Assessment" with any questions about the Astra Linux OS, and the prepared IT team will give competent answers to them.
