Deputy Head of the Central District Administration Dmitry Spiridonov shared his successful experience in implementing a project to optimize the process of cleaning intra-block areas. Thanks to the analysis and improvements implemented in terms of developing cleaning routes, forming an optimal model of interaction during cleaning, and approving the regulations for implementing the process, it was possible to reduce the costs of maintaining routes and improve the quality of cleaning from 20 to 75%.
The Petrogradsky District Administration has optimized the process of receiving and checking primary financial documents within the framework of contractual relations. The new algorithm has made it possible to combine information flows. It includes a complete rejection of paper documents and a reduction in the volume of manual information input. The result of the project implementation was a reduction in the process time from 125 to 3.3 hours and a reduction in labor intensity from 400 to 60 minutes.
The Committee on Economic Policy and Strategic Planning implemented the project "Optimization of the process of collecting information on unfinished construction projects". The project is aimed at accelerating the collection of information and improving its quality. The labor intensity of the process decreased from 1638 to 1440 minutes, the time of the process - from 83.3 to 52 hours.
The meetings were also attended by the head of the project and training center "Labor Productivity" of the Novgorod Region, Maria Zhelnina. She shared the practice of implementing lean management projects in the region, and also visited the project office of the "Efficient Region" program in order to study the lean management system in St. Petersburg.
At the end of the meetings, the participants discussed the possibilities of further implementation of joint projects. The "Efficient Region" program is being implemented on the instructions of the Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov and is aimed at increasing the efficiency of government bodies and reducing the loss of time and material resources.
