Russian software developer JSC Sberbank Technologies (SberTech) has chosen the partnership business model as its main one. In this regard, the company has launched the Platform V partnership program and invites partners to cooperate in order to combine efforts to meet the growing needs of customers for Russian solutions and open up new business opportunities.
"We have a two-level partnership model - a distributor (first level) and an integrator/reseller (second level). At the moment, SberTech cooperates with two distributors. This allows us to present the products of the digital cloud platform Platform V to an even greater number of potential clients. Several dozen companies are already interested in joining the partnership program," a representative of the SberTech press service told a ComNews correspondent.
the bank's benefit from algeria whatsapp number database launching the partner program: "Sberbank, like other banks, began its invasion of the IT industry in advance so as not to lose part of the business if online giants like Telegram are allowed to conduct transactions. At the same time, the bank is interested in IT assets bringing in a significant portion of the profit. In our country, traditionally large IT companies are system integrators. However, against the background of Sber's profit (1.5 trillion rubles per year), the profit of system integrators is relatively small (less than 100 billion rubles per year). Therefore, the system integration business model for IT departments is not interesting to this bank. The marginality of software developers is significantly higher than that of integrators, so Sber's goal is clear - to create a platform and connect integrators to it."
"In our opinion, the annual revenue of the Sbertech platform can be compared with the world's leading IT companies. This platform is aimed at import substitution of software, its integration into business processes of organizations, providing cloud computing for services and products based on artificial intelligence. Since Sbertech plans complete import substitution of software, the client base of the platform will most likely number hundreds, if not thousands of Russian companies. I believe that annual revenue can be expected in the hundreds of millions of rubles," says Freedom Finance Global analyst Vladimir Chernov.
A representative of the SberTech press service also spoke about the conditions for obtaining partner status: "A wide range of companies can obtain basic partner status. At the moment, we have no requirements for certified specialists. We understand that many partners are just starting their journey in promoting Platform V, so we invest in training specialists, which allows them to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills. In this way, we strive to support our partners at every stage of their development. At the same time, the process of confirming partner statuses will be carried out annually."
SberTech representatives did not respond to a ComNews correspondent regarding the expected revenue of the affiliate program. However, Leonid Delitsyn suggested its possible size: "It is the platform, and not the implementations based on it, that can bring in significant revenue and profit, which can be distinguished against the bank's indicators. For now, we can assume that the goal is revenue of 100 billion rubles three years after the launch of the platform."
