Beneficiaries may count on income received from the activities of a personal foundation or its property. Such status may be obtained by individuals: specific people or a circle from which beneficiaries will be appointed after certain conditions are met, or non-profit organizations. They are chosen by the founder.

Example : When creating one of the funds, the tunisia telegram database founder determined that each of his descendants (children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other individuals in the descending line) would receive certain payments upon reaching 18 years of age. Compensation for the acquisition of real estate in his own name in the amount of up to 50 million rubles and compensation for expenses for certain purposes (education, treatment) upon presentation of supporting documents were also provided.

The founder can appoint any people as beneficiaries: relatives, direct heirs and those who are not included in this circle. By the way, the founder himself can also be included among the beneficiaries.

However, in practice, the situation in which the founder himself is among the beneficiaries may be ambiguous. Property transfer transactions may be regarded by counterparties, former spouses and courts as fictitious, for example, in bankruptcy or alimony disputes. After all, when creating a personal fund, in essence, there is an alienation of property: it leaves the possession of an individual, but continues to bring him income.
