We want to exceed 8 million euros in turnover

This year, in fact, Blue Banana won the award for Best eCommerce Marketing Campaign at the Ecommerce Awards, thanks to “Banana Santa” , an action carried out on Instagram that brought spectacular results, reaching more than 1.5 million comments on the post: almost 4 times the number of followers of the brand on the social network.



In any case, the results did not stop at this large number of comments. As explained in a post on LinkedIn, the brand gained 100,000 new followers, a 500%/600% increase in followers and, more importantly, 150% more sales.

For Nacho Rivera, “the Instagram campaign-contest “BANANA SANTA 2K21” was a turning point for Blue Banana. Asked about their expectations for the peak sales season at the end of the year, both executives are optimistic. For Rivera, “ This last quarter is crucial for us, perhaps the most important of the year on an economic level. After launching our latest autumn-winter 2021 collection in October, the largest and most varied so far, we have several campaigns prepared that will not disappoint.” Fernández-Estrada adds that “ our expectations are high, we want to exceed €8M in turnover. We are also working on the offline channel because we want to open a physical store in Seville and Valencia before the end of the year. We like challenges.”
