The worldwide fascination with rickshaws – a type of transport originating from India – has been growing in recent years. It reached its peak of popularity when “Brangelina” (the name given by the media to the couple formed by Hollywood stars Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie) decided to have an adventure in their own rickshaw through the streets of Mumbai with one of their children in the back in 2006.
The trend really took off when celebrities like Adrien Brody, Owen Wilson and Jenson Button had their own Rickshaw rides, vehicles that are often looked down upon by the people of India themselves and not given the value they really have.
Auto – Rickshaws as they are called in India, or Tuk – Tuk in South East Asia, have been a passion of mine since we were kids growing up. A few years ago here at QuestionPro we made the decision to import a Rickshaw from India and find a way to legally drive it around the streets of San Francisco and have a lot of fun doing it. I will never stop appreciating these compact yet wonderful pieces of art.

In the age of Tesla and Google self-driving cars, we want to take our jamaica phone number Rickshaw out for a spin to draw attention and spark interest in diverse ideas around the world right here in the heart of the Bay Area: San Francisco.
I was recently parking the Rickshaw near a Ducati shop (I needed to buy a helmet) when one of the employees came up and took a picture, looked at me and said, “You know what I like about you guys coming from India? I love the fact that you bring all this cool stuff for us!” That really made my day!
