Social Skills Session – Melilla

Post by jrine »

Next week it's Melilla's turn . Over the five days, I will be giving a training session dedicated to social skills in the “Advanced Course in Talent Development to Achieve Professional Success: Mastering your Talent” .

This initiative is linked to the Insertion Itineraries for university graduates in the Social Sciences and Law branches.

The main objectives of this Itinerary Plan are the following, always seeking to develop the talent of the attendees:

Inspire and motivate students in list of telegram users in iraq planning their careers, helping them to identify market opportunities.
Finding Talent : accelerating the path of personal/professional development of students by providing experiences of professionals who share their stories.

Learning key skills : training new skills such as the importance of decision-making, and others that can enhance the management of your professional career.

Establish and Consolidate Relationships : generating links between the professional and the student, as well as the strategic agents of the environment, in order to facilitate the achievement of professional goals.

Promote the transfer of know-how : capitalize on the knowledge of professionals who will contribute their professional experience to benefit students.
Within the module in which I will participate, we will work on creativity as a differentiating element. We will go through the main transversal competences such as decision-making, leadership, personal branding... with the aim of promoting the idea that they should not tell it, but rather show it.

Regarding the academic objectives of this training action, we could highlight:

Provide students with the knowledge to apply creativity tools and techniques that generate value and differentiation.
Provide students with the main transversal competences and work to achieve an optimal level of professionalism.
Introduce students to highly innovative tools so that they can prepare an e-portfolio of key competencies.
It will be a pleasure to share training with such good professionals, many of whom are also friends. Teachers:
