initial conversation, Asia showed great openness. She was very communicative, honest in her statements, and that's what really counts. I was sure that she would fit in at our Finnish company, where we focus on communication, openness and authenticity. communication is key! And what does the recruitment process look like for your company?
SYLWIA: The first stage is online. We ask a few questions and the candidate has to record their answers in video. Then comes the interview – in our office or, if someone can't get there, online. TALENT DAYS: Do you have any advice for our readers who are just starting their adventure with the job market?
SYLWIA: Definitely don't exaggerate your skills, be honest. It's worth being able to admit that you don't know something, but also be ready to learn and try new things. A well-written CV is also important, as well as your presentation at a job interview.
