Marketing experts are beginning to outnumber Personal Brand experts…

I have already told you about the famous “Cuñaity Manager” , yes, the one who told you that he thought Pinterest was a new special paint for the walls of a restaurant. (You can read the full article at: The sweet story of the Cuñaity Manager ).

Well, now a new force has emerged, one of those that is constantly ahead of those of us who have been in this business for more than 20 years: “marketing know-it-alls” .

They are dangerous people, but not because of their wisdom, but because they are tired of seeing and not doing. What's going on? Can't people get tired of watching so many hours of YouTube tutorials?

They are usually entities that mention phrases such as:

Can you teach someone how to make a Marketing Plan without having ever made one? Can you be a driving instructor if you haven't got a driving license?

I know that there indonesia telegram mobile phone number list are professionals, and very good ones, who are self-taught, who add value, who are even more complete than those with degrees, but they are not “jacks of all trades” .

I am increasingly meeting more people who are “in control” of SEO, SEM, Storytelling, Digital Marketing, Market Research, Advertising, Design (the limit is Canva), “experts” who call themselves in Social Networks, Real Time Marketing, Web Layout Designers, Content Creators, Big Data, Events Marketing… And I won’t go on because it’s 1:00 p.m. and I have to go to lunch (you know what they say about one hour less in the Canary Islands).

The “jack of all trades” knows everything, does not accept any reply, covers everything but not as the saying goes, but by squeezing, squeezing the market, healthy competition, the patience of the client…

They usually get in because of the price, but also because, as they are “jacks of all trades” , they have good communication and/or persuasive skills.

Companies, be careful, but be careful, this is just a personal assessment. When someone controls everything and/or calls himself an expert in everything, I don't know about you, but it gives me a bad feeling . But believe me, there are cases, there are those people who are "handy" in this science of Marketing, but I don't know (or I do know), there is another profession that is doing a lot of damage to this science, and it is long-lived, "the smoke seller" , and I don't sell the smoke, I smoke it...

You know that the know-it-all thinks that “Hootsuite” is a premium hot room in a “five-star” hotel…

Take care, really; the know-it-all can do a lot of damage to organizations, and on top of that, even if it is his mistake, you know... he will tell you that "if I knew, I already warned you . "
