As a specialist in labor law and social security, what do you think are the current needs of human resources managers in labor matters?

What HR departments currently demand is greater specificity in the information they receive. They don't have time to read through the various databases, which can be overwhelming with the buy phone number list information they send. That's why they need personalized and comprehensive information.

Likewise, Human Resources departments are demanding more preventive advice, more consulting, and less curative advice. The goal is to prevent conflicts from ending up in court, which is unreliable, since the outcome depends on which court the case is heard. That's why the Human Resources department is demanding preventive consulting.

Furthermore, the Human Resources department needs the expertise of others. It demands preventive legal advice, meaning not so much focusing on resolving a labor dispute already in court, but rather resolving it earlier, uncovering potential problems before they escalate into legal disputes, since courts generate uncertainty.
