In 2024, we improved our processes:
We automated the work of managers of the quality department, increased efficiency. In an hour, the speed of calling with a voice bot in Ukraine increased by 265% . The bot spent 18,972 hours of conversations with clients, which is a multiple of 2 years of conversations that our bot saved for more creative tasks.
We developed unique scripts, including a survey on 13 questions and a script with 16 categories of answers . This brings the voice bot to a new level of communication, while maintaining the quality of communication — 90% of subscribers do not understand what the bot is saying .
We have created new services for our clients:
