This service, which is not yet active on all flights, has generated worldwide buzz. The audience is still checking brother cell phone list how it is with privacy: after all, the service uses social media profiles and data. Viktor assures us that all personal data that comes from the social media profiles/link will be deleted after the flight. This case shows how much social media has now been integrated into 'business as usual' at KLM. Not just 'doing social' on social media, but also making it part of your service provision and core business.

The Social Graph was central: social media have so much (current) data that Facebook must be the wet dream -excuse the expression- of many a database marketer.
