Design and appearance
The phone is a classic monoblock made of dark, pleasant to the touch plastic. The front panel is surrounded by a silver edging, giving the phone a very solid look. The case is assembled very precisely, all the parts fit tightly together without the slightest creak.
The front panel contains a large color display, an earpiece, and a keyboard block that includes a numeric keypad, a five-way controller, and navigation keys.
On the back wall there is a speakerphone and a hands-free call, a camera lens and a battery compartment cover.
Under the cover is the battery and the SIM card slot. There is also a sticker indicating the phone model, IMAI, and MAC addresses.
On the bottom edge is a Mini-USB socket, which is used for charging, synchronization, and connecting a wired headset. On the right are the volume control keys and a slot for a MicroSD memory card. On the left is the camera shutter button.
Setup and use
To start using, insert the battery and connect the phone to the charger for a couple of hours. After full charge, turn on the device and perform the initial setup. It is very convenient that the main functions we are interested in, such as setting up Wi-FI and SIP, are conveniently collected in one submenu "VoIP", which is called by pressing the joystick key up.
Now we only need a few steps and a couple of minutes to prepare the phone for the first call:
1. Go to the Wireless LAN menu , then Searching for networks. The screen displays a list of nearby Wi-Fi networks.
2. Select the required network and enter the password in the opened request. The letter case selection and switching to the numeric keyboard is done by pressing the # key. After entering the password, if the connection is successful, a vertical network signal level indicator will appear on the right side of the screen.
3. Return to the VoIP menu by pressing the "Up" key and select the SIP Setting submenu , then Profile Setting . In front of us is a list of 10 available SIP profiles that can be used on the phone. Go to Prifile 1, making sure that there is a check mark opposite it, indicating the active profile. Next - Edit .
4. The main settings of the SIP account are in the Accaunt Setting menu. Here we specify: SIP Server, SIP Port (default 5060), Display Name (display on the screen), Username, Auth. Name and Password. After entering all the settings, specify Done and select Yes when asked about saving .
5. Return to the VoIP menu via the Back command and select the Login submenu. If the connection is successful, you will see the inscription Login Susses for a second , and the VOIP icon will appear in the top line of the screen.
