o Ewa! We already know how Laura ended up at your company, but going back to the beginning of this story – were there any factors that convinced you that Laura was the perfect candidate?

EWA: Laura first and foremost had all the required skills, but that wasn't all! Her proactivity and commitment at the job fair really impressed us. Laura came to learn more about our company and the positions we were offering, which was a huge plus.

EWA: I have very positive impressions! I really appreciate the fact that young people are actively involved and trying to get more information about the companies they would like to apply to. As part of our participation in the last two editions of Talent Days, we ran CV-Point, a CV consultation zone, which always had long queues. This proves that participants of the job fair are very motivated to find the right professional opportunities. During the talks at our stand, I also had the opportunity to gain a lot of valuable information about the professional experiences of young people and to get to know their perspective on the Krakow labor market.
